Spaces you love
to live in.

Virtual interior design for residential and commercial spaces — thoughtful, personal, and delivered entirely remotely. No showroom appointments. No guesswork.

The approach

Design that starts with listening, not sketching.

I have completed over 4,000 residential design projects — and the thing I have learned from all of them is that no two people want the same thing. Which means every project starts in the same place: a real conversation about what you are trying to do, what you care about, and what it will feel like when we get it right. The design comes after that.

What I offer

Every kind of space. Every stage of the project.

Space Planning

Furniture layouts and floor plans that make a room feel twice its size. From a single bedroom to a full floor — I map out exactly what goes where, and why, before anything is purchased.

Colour & Materials

Paint colours, finishes, textiles, and material selections that work together — not just individually. I source for your budget and pull everything into a single cohesive palette.

Furniture Sourcing

Curated shopping lists with exact products, direct links, and prices — so you know what to buy and where to buy it. No vague mood board references. Every item is specific and purchasable.

3D Rendering

See your room before you spend a single dollar on it. I create photorealistic 3D renders of finished spaces so you can feel confident in every decision before committing to anything.

One-on-One Design

You work directly with me — not a design team, not a junior account manager. Every conversation, every decision, every revision comes from the same person who understands your project from day one.

Full Remote Delivery

Everything is delivered digitally — mood boards, floor plans, renders, shopping lists, and styling guides — in a clear, organised package you can start using immediately, wherever you are in the world.

Residential Design

Your home should feel
like you.

Whether you are designing a first apartment, refreshing a room that has never quite felt right, or furnishing an entirely new home — I bring the same level of care to every residential project.

I have worked with clients across every style — from minimal and Scandinavian to warm maximalist and eclectic — and the approach is always the same: understand who you are first, then build a space around that.

  • Living rooms, bedrooms, and home offices

  • Open plan and multi-function spaces

  • Rental-friendly design — no permanent changes

  • Full home packages across multiple rooms

Commercial & Hospitality

Spaces that work
as hard as you do.

Commercial design requires an additional layer of thinking — spaces need to function well, communicate the right brand message, and hold up under daily use. I have designed interiors for clinics, gyms, schools, resorts, and retail environments.

Every commercial project starts with understanding how the space will be used, and by whom. Aesthetics follow function — but they always follow closely.

  • Clinics, studios, and professional offices

  • Gyms, wellness spaces, and fitness studios

  • Schools, learning centres, and childcare

  • Boutique hospitality and resort interiors

The E-Design Difference

Great design doesn't
need a showroom.

I was doing virtual interior design before most people knew it was an option.
At Modsy and Tumble Living, I developed the systems and workflows that make remote design work seamlessly — communication, presentation, revisions, and handoff.

Everything you would expect from a traditional interior designer — just delivered directly to your inbox, at a fraction of the timeline and cost. And because we are not limited by geography, you get access to sourcing from anywhere in the world.

  • Full design package delivered digitally

  • Works for clients in any country, any timezone

  • No in-person meetings required

  • Faster turnaround than traditional design

How it works

The design process, step by step.

01

Discovery

We start with a conversation — not a questionnaire. Tell me about the space, how you use it, what is and is not working, and what kind of feeling you are going for. I ask a lot of questions here, and that is intentional.

02

Concept

I develop a design direction based on everything I have learned — mood board, spatial plan, and palette. You see this before anything is finalised. If the direction feels right, we move forward. If it does not, we adjust.

03

Design

With the concept approved, I build out the full design — floor plan, furniture sourcing, material and finish selections, 3D render, and styling guide. Everything is presented clearly in a design package you can act on immediately.

04

Handoff

You receive everything you need to bring the design to life — curated shopping list, installation notes, and styling guidance. I am available after delivery for questions. The relationship does not end when the files land in your inbox.

After 4,000 projects, the thing I know for certain is that no two people want the same thing. Which is why every project starts in the same place — with actually listening.

Common questions

Everything you want to know before getting in touch.

  • We work entirely online — no in-person visits required, ever. You share photos, measurements, and a description of the space. We have a video or voice call to go through everything in detail, and I deliver the full design package digitally. Most clients find the process clearer and faster than working with a traditional in-person designer.

  • Yes — I am based in Chiang Mai, Thailand and work with clients across every timezone. The entirely remote process means geography is not a constraint. I source furniture globally and can tailor shopping lists to what is available and shippable in your country.

  • Floor plan or room dimensions, photos of the existing space, and a general sense of your style, budget, and what you want the space to feel like. If you do not have a floor plan, rough measurements with a sketch work perfectly well. We go through everything together in our first call — you do not need to have it all prepared before we speak.

  • A single room typically takes one to three weeks from our first conversation to final delivery, depending on the scope. More complex or multi-room projects take longer. I give every client a realistic timeline at the start and communicate clearly if anything changes.

  • Yes — every project includes at least one round of revisions, and most packages include two. I would rather you love the result than settle for something that is almost right. If something is not working, tell me — that is what the revision process is for.

  • Absolutely — that is often the best time to reach out. A lot of my best projects have started with a client who said "I know something is not working but I am not sure what." Figuring that out together is part of what I do. Send me an email and we can take it from there.

Tell me about your space.

Whether you are refreshing a single room or designing a home from scratch — every project starts with a conversation. Tell me what you are working on.
