01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using gibson-designs.com (the "Site"), or by booking a project with Gibson Designs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or engage Gibson Designs' services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of the Site and of Gibson Designs' interior design, digital design, print & graphic design, and brand identity services.

02 Description of Services

Gibson Designs is a remote, multidisciplinary design studio operated by Alexandra Gibson, offering:

• Virtual interior design (e-design) for residential and commercial spaces
• Digital design, including web, mobile, and product UX
• Print & graphic design, including editorial and marketing collateral
• Brand identity design and strategy

All services are delivered remotely. The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline for any project are set out separately in a project proposal, pricing package, or signed Client Services Agreement, which takes precedence over the general descriptions on this Site in the event of a conflict.

03 Use of This Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
• Introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Scraping, copying, or republishing Site content without permission
• Using the Site to transmit unsolicited advertising or spam

Gibson Designs may suspend or restrict access to the Site, without notice, for anyone who violates these Terms.

04 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, all content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, photography, mood boards, renders, and the Gibson Designs name and mark — is the property of Alexandra Gibson / Gibson Designs and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view and share pages of this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content, or use Gibson Designs' name, logo, or portfolio images in your own marketing, without prior written permission.

Ownership of design deliverables produced for a specific client project (mood boards, floor plans, renders, brand assets, etc.) is governed by that client's signed Client Services Agreement, not by this Site's general Terms.

05 Quotes, Bookings & Payment

Pricing shown on this Site (including package pricing) is provided for general information and is subject to change without notice. It does not constitute a binding quote until confirmed in writing for a specific project.

• A project is considered booked once a proposal or Client Services Agreement has been signed and any required deposit has been received.
• Payment terms, deposit amounts, and cancellation terms are set out in the applicable Client Services Agreement.
• Gibson Designs reserves the right to decline any project inquiry at its discretion.

06 No Professional Guarantee

Design recommendations, mood boards, floor plans, and renders provided by Gibson Designs are creative and advisory in nature. They do not constitute structural, electrical, plumbing, engineering, or building-code advice, and are not a substitute for consultation with a licensed architect, engineer, or contractor where required.

Client is responsible for confirming that any renovation, furniture placement, or installation complies with local building codes, lease terms, HOA rules, or other applicable regulations before proceeding.

07 Third-Party Links & Vendors

This Site and Gibson Designs' shopping lists may include links to third-party retailers, vendors, or websites. Gibson Designs does not control and is not responsible for the content, pricing, stock availability, shipping, or business practices of any third-party site. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

08 User Submissions

If you submit photos, measurements, inspiration images, or other materials through the contact form, email, or during a project (collectively, "Submissions"), you confirm that you have the right to share them and grant Gibson Designs permission to use those Submissions to provide the requested services.

Do not submit confidential information you are not authorized to share, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property rights.

09 Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Gibson Designs does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gibson Designs and Alexandra Gibson will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or its content, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, profits, or business opportunity.

For services rendered under a signed Client Services Agreement, liability is governed by the limitation of liability clause in that Agreement, which controls over this Section in the event of any conflict.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gibson Designs and Alexandra Gibson from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12 Privacy

Information collected through this Site's contact forms and inquiry process is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, deliver services. Gibson Designs does not sell personal information to third parties. [Link to a full Privacy Policy here if/when one is published.]

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a signed Client Services Agreement specifies a different governing jurisdiction for a particular project.

14 Changes to These Terms

Gibson Designs may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
